To analyse and design innovative continuous process improvement and multi-process/function RPA solutions to achieve sustainable business results in support of the SARS strategy. This includes the provision of design and implementation support and conducting stakeholder engagements.





Key Responsibilities:




Process




Attending and engaging in RPA project meetings and reviews by contributing domain-specific knowledge and experience.

Identify candidate business processes suited to Robotic Process Automation.

Design, model and document RPA Solution Specifications.

Ensure that business requirements are clearly identified, prioritised and satisfied by appropriate technical and or business process solutions.

Provide process solution support to institutionalise RPA initiatives.

Analyse and make recommendations about improvements to specialist systems, procedures, policies and practices.

Reviewing and commenting upon business and functional requirement specifications for RPA projects and maintenance.

Draw on own technical or professional expertise, knowledge and experience to identify and recommend tactical solutions to defined problems.

Influence and communicate across business areas impacted by practice area to minimise resistance and ensure on- boarding of new thinking.

Take accountability for delivery of contracted work outputs within agreed parameters, quality standards and client service targets.

Proactively identify interconnected problems, determine its impact and develop best fit alternatives, developing best practice RPA solutions.

Recommend changes to optimise processes, systems, practice areas and associated procedures and execute the implementation of change and innovation.

Client



Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality- and timeline expectations.

Participate in the specialist practice community and contribute positively to body of knowledge.

Provide authoritative, specialist expertise and advice to internal stakeholders.

Governance



Ensure that completed work adhere to relevant policies, procedures, governance and legislative requirements and report on deviations and discrepancies.

People




Provide specialist know-how, support, advice and practice thought leadership in area of expertise.

Job Requirements


Qualifications and Experience:




Diploma in Business Analysis or relevant bachelor's degree.

4 - 6 years' experience in a business analysis or similar environment, of which 2 -3 years specialising in RPA solutions.

Proficiency in process modelling tools.

Proficient in writing functional specifications.

Familiar with RPA platforms, in particular Microsoft Power Platform.

Ability to create reports for various SARS stakeholders as relevant, in a lucid and effective manner, keeping in mind the purpose


of the reports.
