- SAP Experience: Proficiency in SAP HANA FI/CO, CFIN, and BRF, with experience in global SAP template rollouts.

- Master Data Management: Previous work with customer and supplier master data management.

- e Agile Methodology: Experience with agile methodologies.

- Consulting: Background in consulting related fields.

- Language: Proficiency in German.

Qualifications/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in economics, Data Science, or Natural Science with a quantitative focus.

- Post-graduate degree or certification is a plus.

- Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous).

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Rollout Coordinator, you will:

- Coordinate market rollouts, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into system functionality within guidelines and technologies.

- Maintain an overview of Feature Team processes and structures.

- Ensure implementation and testing of Feature Team solutions.

- Identify and implement optimization opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting FIT/GAP workshops and introducing template processes.

- Ensuring Fit-to-Template workshops result in FITs or pre-evaluated GAPs.

- Organizing discussions on potential GAPs.

- Maintaining documentation of findings.

- Coordinating rollout activities within the Feature Team's planning.

- Overseeing defect resolutions.

- Planning and conducting training.

- Ensuring migration mapping workshops result in final mappings.

- Addressing authorization topics.

- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning.
