Job Summary Job & Company Description:
A leading organisation is urgently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team of excellence. Additionally, this opportunity will expose you to a full financial function, whereby which you will be dealing with the groups property portfolio, and overseeing and managing the procurement department.

Education:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• 8-9 years post articles experience
• Property experience required
• Proficient computer skills

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Manage and control group daily cash flow requirements
• Manage, administer, account for and negotiate lease agreements
• Manage the development and improvement of systems with recommendations to management to improve workflow
• Accurate financial accounting and budgeting for all leased and investment properties as well as investment assets
• Compile and provide relevant disclosures required for annual financial statements
• Administer property purchases
• Compile discounted cash flow assessments
• Serve as a member of the Tender Committee
• Manage the implementation of planned new IFRS16 and Investment accounting systems
• Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements, monthly management income statement, balance sheet accounts, and other financial reports
• Consolidations and group financial statements
• Ensure that entity level management reports are prepared and verified
• Manage finances and financial business support to all entities
• Oversee general journal process and the posting of accruals, provisions and corrections
• Oversee asset register and capital expenditure process
• Review Regulatory returns
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to investigate alternative business and revenue sources
• Oversee provision of support services to group with regards to facilities management
• Oversee the full procurement function
• Manage a combination of outsourced and insourced service providers
• Oversee group short-term insurance programmes
• People management: finance, procurement and service staff
