It will be expected from you to drive Sales and Revenue for this Hotel by developing and executing pricing strategies and tactics, yielding, ensuring distribution accuracy and maintaining rate parity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 - 8 years' experience from this environment.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
Retrieve information from a wide range of sources to analyse for trends, opportunities, challenges and recommendations
Set pricing based on demand and policy
Roll out new room or rate codes across all connected platforms
Analyse booking trends,
Determine the most effective market mix via channels
Analyse data and revenue information from budgets, guest history, bookings and similar inputs to provide recommendations for improving long term strategies
Maximise the opportunities presented in the human resource sector
Produce weekly rolling 3-month forecasts and monthly rolling 12-month forecasts and action any pricing and yielding opportunities to meet targets
Develop and execute daily, weekly, and seasonal pricing strategies - Forecast demand and set room rates using yield management principles - Recommend promotions, packages, and discounting strategies in line with demand and market conditions
Conduct daily competitor rate shops and gap analysis
