Returns Logistics Coordinator - Pinelands, Cape Town - Salary R13 000 p/m CTC
A leading premium tech retailer and service provider is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate individual about customer service. We're looking for a Returns Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic Procurement Department based in Pinelands, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Handling customer returns and warranty verifications
Coordinating testing and repair/replacement processes with suppliers
Managing stock movements, mini stock takes, and full monthly stock counts
Receiving deliveries, logging returns, and processing credit notes
Maintaining accurate pricing and system entries (Hansa)

Confident on the phone and in handling multiple tasks
Computer literate with a keen eye for detail
