This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, data-rich environment and wants to work at the heart of commercial decision-making.
As the Financial Planner & Analyst, you'll play a key role in:
- Analysing financial and operational data to spot trends, drive insights, and support business performance.
- Creating compelling dashboards and visual reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present data clearly to senior stakeholders.
Were looking for someone with:
2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role.
Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and pivot tables.
Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
Working knowledge of SQL.
A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or similar.
Retail lending experience would be a plus, but its not essential.
You'll fit right in if you're:

Great at translating complex data for non-technical teams.
Detail-oriented but commercially aware.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
