Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Assist customers with product selections based on their preferences and needs Provide product knowledge and guidance on vaping and tobacco products and accessories Confidently upsell products and close sales Handle sales transactions, operate the till, and process payments accurately Maintain cleanliness of the store and presentation of shelves and displays Assist with stock counts and administrative work (e.g., filling invoices, loading stock on system) Stay updated on new products and promotions

Requirements:

Preferred candidates should reside in the Southern Suburbs (Tokai and surrounding areas) Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification Previous retail sales experience

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Knowledge of vaping or tobacco products (advantage) Experience with stock management and POS systems (advantage) Basic computer skills Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays
