Job Description
LOCATION: Salt River, Cape Town
My client is looking for a motivated, well-organized Sales & Operations professional with strong retail and customer service experienceideally in luxury decor or the building industry.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and exceed targets
- Manage stock and merchandising
- Build client relationships and handle financial transactions
- Lead a small team and improve workflows
- Work with Pastel, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Proven retail sales experience (with references)
- Strong admin and multitasking skills
- Confident with numbers and customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
