Job Description
Our client in the retail industry is seeking a Property Manager/Developer with retail experience. You will be responsible for identifying new retail sites and expansions, negotiating, preparing feasibility studies etc.Tertiary degree (financial, legal, property management etc)Atleast 10 years experience either in property development role (retail development preferred) or retail property management roleComputer literateInterested and meet the above requirements then email your CV to recruitment@corporateplacements.co.zaPlease note only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
