As our Retail Project Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our retail projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Here are some of the responsibilities you'll take on:

  • Support the entire lifecycle of retail projects, from planning to closure.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and goals.
  • Utilize CAD and other relevant software skills to create mock-up designs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project requirements with business objectives.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings, providing clear direction to team members.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members understand expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, updating stakeholders on milestones and risks.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and expenses, adhering to financial guidelines.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Resolve project-related issues promptly and escalate critical matters.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on retail project management trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of project management methodologies and tools.
Education:
  • Matric and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Skills:
  • Computer Literacy: Advanced proficiency in MS Office. AutoCAD, and design software, are advantageous.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Project Management Tools: Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Verbal and Written Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, effectively communicating complex information to diverse stakeholders.
