Job Summary This well established restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to ensure the restaurant team, delivers unforgettable service experiences to all guests. Responsibilities: Managing the restaurant floor staff Recruit and train staff Assisting in achieving this establishment as a top destination Assist management in maintaining and improving standards at the restaurant. Make every guest satisfied by understanding what they need Ensuring all equipment is cared for and managing stock Attend to variances Set up prior to service and adhere to the opening and closing duties Ensure all guests are treated as VIP's and provide an Outstanding Guest Experience. Adhere to all the policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the restaurant Requirements: SA Citizen Must have Grade 12 / Matric Hospitality qualification highly beneficial Previous experience in a high end A la Carte Restaurant or 4 / 5* hotel Well presented, professional in approach with excellent communication skills in English Guest centric and high attention to detail Must be a strong leader Able to work shifts Reliable and punctual Have own reliable transport Must have a clean work record
