We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager, based in Chesterville, to lead a dynamic team and ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations in a busy hospitality environment.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage staff performance, rosters, and discipline
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Monitor stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Manage cash-ups and financial controls
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints professionally

Requirements:

• Proven restaurant/hospitality industry experience is a must
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
• Honest, reliable, and well-presented
• Own transport (advantage)
