Requirements: - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within an upscale hospitality environment - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays - A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service - Relevant hospitality qualification will be advantageous - Own transport is essential Package - Salary: R23 000 - R27 000 per month - This is a live-out position Start Date: ASAP
