Job Summary We are looking for dynamic and experienced Restaurant Managers to oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience. The ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, has excellent leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced and luxury environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures Lead; train, and motivate front-of-house staff Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve any issues promptly Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow Monitor inventory and place orders as needed Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and performance reviews Requirements: Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role Strong leadership and communication skills Customer-focused with a hands-on approach Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
