A highly regarded niche wine estate in the Cape Winelands is launching an extraordinary new destination restaurant, led by a Michelin-starred chef and designed to become one of South Africa's most sought-after dining experiences.
Highly seasonal, intensely guest-focused, and operationally dynamic -- this venue will demand exceptional leadership on the floor and a Restaurant Manager who thrives in world-class hospitality environments.

The Role

• Support the F&B Operations Manager in running daily restaurant operations

• Lead service on the floor during high-volume and peak seasonal periods
• Deliver refined, personalised, and memorable guest experiences
• Supervise, coach, and develop front-of-house teams
• Ensure seamless service flow between kitchen and service teams
• Assist with stock control, labour management, and operational efficiency
• Uphold luxury service standards aligned to the estate's brand and guest experience
• Step into senior leadership responsibilities when required

Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury, fast-paced hospitality environment
