A highly regarded niche wine estate in the Cape Winelands is launching an extraordinary new destination restaurant, led by a Michelin-starred chef and designed to become one of South Africas most sought-after dining experiences.
Highly seasonal, intensely guest-focused, and operationally dynamic this venue will demand exceptional leadership on the floor and a Restaurant Manager who thrives in world-class hospitality environments.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader ready to operate at the highest level within one of the countrys most distinctive wine and culinary destinations.
The Role
Support the F&B Operations Manager in running daily restaurant operations
Lead service on the floor during high-volume and peak seasonal periods
Deliver refined, personalised, and memorable guest experiences
Supervise, coach, and develop front-of-house teams
Ensure seamless service flow between kitchen and service teams
Assist with stock control, labour management, and operational efficiency
Uphold luxury service standards aligned to the estates brand and guest experience
Step into senior leadership responsibilities when required
Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury, fast-paced hospitality environment

Hands-on, polished, and guest-experience obsessed
Calm, organised, and thrive during busy service periods
A strong people leader who builds high-performing teams
Commercially aware with strong operational discipline
Passionate about fine dining, wine, and destination hospitality
Experience within luxury or award-winning dining environments is highly advantageous
