Job Summary Hospitality and Outdoor - New Vacancy - Restaurant Manager Game Reserve Restaurant - Mossel Bay, Western Cape Requirements: o Hospitality Management Diploma or similar (beneficial) o Minimum 2-3 years' management experience in restaurant o Proven leadership with strong customer service and staff management skills o Excellent financial acumen and reporting abilities o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities o Proficient in POS systems and IT tools o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships and liaise professionally at all levels Responsibilities: o Oversee and drive daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service o Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic team o Maintain high food quality, hygiene, and service standards o Manage stock, cost control, and supplier relationships o Implement and streamline systems, protocols, and procedures Package on Offer o R12 000 - R15 000 pm depending on experience o Live-in Start Date: ASAP
