Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury restaurant, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and memorable * Lead, inspire and manage a dedicated service team to consistently deliver exceptional standards * Implement and maintain operational procedures, service standards and best practices * Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control and revenue optimisation * Work closely with senior management to support business strategy and operational growth * Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations * Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers and internal teams to elevate service delivery ?? Requirements: * Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train and retain top talent * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost controls * A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable dining experiences * Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining impeccable standards ?
