Job Summary ? **RESTAURANT MANAGER | LUXURY LODGE | HOEDSPRUIT** ? Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced **Restaurant Manager** to join a beautiful luxury river lodge in Hoedspruit. This role is ideal for a polished, guest focused professional who loves leading teams and creating unforgettable dining experiences. ??? **The Details** ? Salary: R20,500 CTC DOE ? Live-in position ? Driver's Licence required **Key Requirements** o Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role o Experience with A la carte service for up to 170 pax, including buffets and outdoor functions o Exposure to running multiple dining venues o Ability to speak multiple languages or understand international service standards o Strong administration and organisational skills o Detail orientated, refined and calm under pressure o Confident leader with excellent communication skills o Restaurant management software knowledge advantageous o Flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays **Key Responsibilities** o Overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional Guest satisfaction o Managing, training and motivating the waitron and beverage teams o Handling Guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and warmth o Coordinating service flow, seating, reservations and special requests o Driving wine service, beverage standards and ongoing team training o Managing rosters, floorplans, stock control and health and safety standards o Maintaining ambiance, cleanliness and service excellence across all venues o Supporting diverse cultural service requirements through staff training and engagement If you do not hear back within 2 weeks, please take your application as unsuccessful.
