In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring service standards are consistently high, team members are motivated and trained, and guests leave with a lasting positive impression. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and confident managing a busy dining environment.
Duties will include staff supervision and training, inventory and stock control, menu planning support, customer service management, cash-ups, and collaboration with the kitchen and hotel teams. You'll also be responsible for maintaining hygiene and health & safety standards and ensuring the restaurant's ambiance aligns with the overall guest experience.
