Job Description


Job Summary Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-end or 5-star restaurant environment
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of food & wine pairing, menu planning, and service protocols
  • Computer literacy: POS systems (e.g., Micros), MS Office, inventory software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on leader with a passion for guest service and team development
Preferred Attributes:
  • WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) or similar wine training
  • Experience with fine dining, xc3xa0 la carte service, and event management
  • Knowledge of local and international culinary trends
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance in line with a luxury establishment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
