Le Lude Estate
, a 5-star boutique winery in Franschhoek specialising in award-winning Cap Classique, is looking for a Restaurant Manager.This role is ideal for someone with a passion for wine, food, and hospitality, who enjoys working in a dynamic and guest-focused environment. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, managing daily restaurant operations, and supporting the team to create memorable guest experiences.
Requirements:
Matric/ Grade 12 5+ years of experience in a senior restaurant or hospitality management. Proven leadership and people management skills Solid wine knowledge; WSET qualification or similar is advantageous Strong understanding of food and beverage operations Computer literate (Dineplan, POS systems, stock control, Excel, email communication) Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
