Le Lude Estate, a 5-star boutique winery in Franschhoek specialising in award-winning Cap Classique, is looking for a Restaurant Manager.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for wine, food, and hospitality, who enjoys working in a dynamic and guest-focused environment. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, managing daily restaurant operations, and supporting the team to create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements:

- Matric/ Grade 12
p
- 5+ years of experience in a senior restaurant or hospitality management.
p
- Proven leadership and people management skills
p
- Solid wine knowledge; WSET qualification or similar is advantageous
p
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
p
- Computer literate (Dineplan, POS systems, stock control, Excel, email communication)
p
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
p
