We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the team at a high-end dining establishment based in Alberton, South Johannesburg. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless front-of-house and back-of-house service
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to uphold excellence in guest satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the executive chef and management team to deliver on business objectives

Requirements:
