Job Summary Restaurant Manager Hazendal Wine Estate Hazendal Wine Estate, a historic destination renowned for its refined hospitality and contemporary luxury, is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead one of its flagship dining venues. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands luxury standards and thrives in a high-expectation, detail-driven environment. The Role The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the restaurant, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service standards, and memorable guest experiences. You will lead from the floor, inspire your team, and uphold the estate's reputation for excellence.
