Job Description
A popular contemporary restaurant is looking for a RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a team in one of Fourways' most beautiful dining destinations, known for its soulful brunches and French-inspired classics.
Core criteria:
- Must have strong computer literacy
- Previous working experience in a similar managerial role is essential
- Excellent communication skills with both, clients and staff
- Valid driver's licence
- Must be disciplined and results-driven
- Must be able to oversee the financial aspect of the restaurant
- Confident in sales, marketing, and promoting the brand
- Able to actively sell and market catering services and cake offerings
- Proactive in attracting new customers and building repeat business
- Comfortable representing the restaurant both in-house and externally
