3-5 years' management experience in fine dining or wine estate hospitality
Solid food, wine, and premium guest service knowledge
Strong leadership, rostering, and team training experience
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
Proficient in POS, stock, and operational systems
South African citizenship required

Coordinate with kitchen and garden teams for seamless execution
Team Leadership
Train, coach, and motivate a high-performing service team
Oversee performance reviews, shift planning, and recruitment
Foster a culture of service, excellence, and accountability
Financial Oversight
Handle daily cash-ups and reporting
Manage stock levels and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal standards
