- 3-5 years' management experience in fine dining or wine estate hospitality
- Solid food, wine, and premium guest service knowledge
- Strong leadership, rostering, and team training experience
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in POS, stock, and operational systems
- South African citizenship required
Restaurant & Guest Experience
- Lead the restaurant and tasting room experience
- Maintain FOH standards, reservations, and guest relations
- Elevate every guest interaction with warmth and professionalism
- Guide tastings and pairings that reflect the estate's story
- Train the team in wine knowledge and service style
- Champion brand values through refined presentation
- Manage logistics and delivery of curated picnic experiences
- Coordinate with kitchen and garden teams for seamless execution
- Train, coach, and motivate a high-performing service team
- Oversee performance reviews, shift planning, and recruitment
- Foster a culture of service, excellence, and accountability
- Handle daily cash-ups and reporting
- Manage stock levels and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal standards
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused
- Energetic, professional, and highly detail-oriented
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
