Live-out Role | R18,000 - R20,000 DOE | Excellent Benefits Kendrick Recruitment is urgently seeking a service-driven Restaurant Manager for a luxury hotel restaurant in the Franschhoek Valley. This role requires strong floor leadership, guest engagement, and team management in a high-end dining environment. Key Responsibilities o Oversee daily restaurant service operations and guest experience o Lead and train FOH teams to deliver luxury service standards o Manage staff schedules, performance, and training o Ensure service flow, table management, and guest satisfaction o Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally o Maintain service standards, hygiene, and presentation o Assist with stock control, cost management, and reporting Requirements o Previous Restaurant Manager or senior FOH experience in luxury hospitality o Strong leadership, communication, and service delivery skills o Excellent guest engagement and complaint handling ability o Knowledge of wine, fine dining service standards, and hospitality SOPs o Professional, organised, and confident floor presence Package o Salary: R18,000 - R20,000 DOE o 50% Medical Aid contribution o 3% Provident Fund contribution o Annual increases and performance bonuses o R25 meal allowance per shift (for salaries under R25;000) o Subsidised staff transport on Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch & Wellington routes o Live-out role (no accommodation provided) To Apply Submit your CV, references, and recent head & shoulders photograph ASAP. ?
