This role requires someone who can confidently manage
restaurant service and deli/retail operations
, bring structure, lead people well, and uphold high standards across all areas.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, and deli
Lead from the front during busy services while managing admin and planning
Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and service standards
Manage stock control, FIFO, wastage, breakages, and expiry dates
Oversee deli and retail merchandising, labelling, and presentation
Create and manage staff rosters in line with operational needs and labour targets
Train, coach, and develop staff while maintaining professional boundaries
Handle staff performance, discipline, and communication clearly and fairly
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational compliance at all times
Requirements
Minimum
5 years experience
in a similar restaurant management role
Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Strong admin skills with great attention to detail
Computer literate (Excel, email, POS systems)
Retail or deli experience is a strong advantage (stock takes, shrinkage control)
Interest in health and wellness is beneficial
Must havereliable transport
Must be willing to work across our 3 branches
Weekend work is required
