Store Manager - Brash Burger Sea Point
We're looking for a highly motivated, dynamic team player for our Sea Point outlet. The ideal candidate will run a full?service operation, manage a passionate crew, and drive a vibrant, customer?focused environment.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, including front?of?house service and kitchen line flow
Lead, train and motivate a team of 10?15 staff
Deliver exceptional client interaction and drive repeat business
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety and cleanliness
Manage stock, budgeting and P&L targets
What we're looking for
Proven experience in fast?casual or quick?service management
Strong leadership and people?skills
Energetic, proactive and able to thrive in a fast?paced setting
Passion for great food and outstanding customer service
