General Manager // KIKI , Sea Point

KIKI is Sea Point's beloved Greek?inspired culinary hotspot, famed for its vibrant atmosphere and unforgettable dining experience. We're seeking a dynamic General Manager who can steer the restaurant to even greater heights while keeping the heart of the brand beating.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full?service operation - oversee front?of?house, bar, and kitchen to ensure seamless service from greeting to plate.

Drive sales and profitability - manage P&L, set budgets, and implement strategies that boost average check and repeat visit rates.

Cultivate the guest experience - personally engage with diners, handle feedback, and ensure every visit exceeds expectations.

Build and develop a high?performing team - recruit, train, coach, and retain staff; champion a culture of passion, respect, and continuous improvement.

Maintain operational excellence - enforce health?safety standards, inventory controls, and cost?of?goods targets.

Champion the KIKI brand - partner with marketing, host events, and keep the restaurant at the centre of the Sea Point community.

Ideal Candidate - What We're Looking For

Hospitality pedigree - minimum 5?years managing a modern luxury enviroment or upscale restaurant, preferably with a Mediterranean or Greek focus.

Proven leadership - track record of leading teams of 20?+?staff, with a focus on staff development and low turnover.

Financial acumen - experience driving revenue growth, controlling labour and food costs, and delivering on budget targets.

Customer?centric mindset - natural people?person who thrives on creating memorable guest moments and resolving issues on the spot.

Operational rigor - hands?on understanding of kitchen workflow, bar service, and inventory management, with a keen eye for detail.

Creative flair - passion for Greek cuisine, menu innovation, and crafting a vibrant dining atmosphere.

Resilience & energy - ability to thrive in a fast?paced environment, handle peak?time pressure, and maintain a positive vibe.
