Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Support, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Help manage inventory from receiving deliveries and processing stock to minimizing losses and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure the store always looks fresh, well-presented, and on-brand.
  • Build genuine connections with customers, handle enquiries, and help resolve any issues.
  • Lead by example be a brand ambassador for Bootlegger and promote a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Use GAAP for daily cash-ups, invoice capture, stock-takes, and reporting (e.g., labour & stock movement).
  • Handle customer interaction, feedback, and build loyalty with regular patrons.
? Requirements:
  • 23+ years in a similar hospitality management role.
  • Knowledge of GAAP or similar POS/back-office systems.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
