Job Summary This luxury wine estate on the outskirts of STELLENBOSCH offers a unique & relaxed culinary experience during the day with a more formal & limited dinner menu in the evening paired with award-winning wines. ProStaffSelect are in search of a dynamic & talented RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS MANAGER & HOSTESS as the first point of contact at this fine dining establishment; to welcome guests, oversee reservations on DinePlan, coordinate with both front of house staff and kitchen personnel and to ensure an enjoyable, pleasing and smooth dining experience for all guests. REQUIREMENTS Wine or F&B Service certification with at least 3 years experience in a similar environment Positive and bubbly personality, focused on outstanding customer service Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal Adaptable & proficient in multi-tasking & ability to prioritize & manage reservations Excellent computer skills especially on DinePlan and Point of Sale Thorough understanding of fine dining cuisines & signature wines AND food & wine service
