Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in senior restaurant management.
Strong financial literacy with experience managing P&L and budgets.
Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a large team of staff.
Experience with restaurant software and POS systems.
Deep understanding of health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
Availability to work late shifts, weekends, and holidays.
