Job Summary RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER, FIVE STAR LUXURY HOTEL, ABU DHABI Luxury Hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to run their farm to table concept. Qualifications & Experience: o Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or Michelin-starred establishment. o Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant and bar operations. o Exceptional communication and presentation skills; articulate and well-spoken. o Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. o Superior knowledge of wines, mixology, and current beverage trends. o In-depth understanding of global culinary trends and ability to engage guests in intelligent conversations about food and beverage. o Forward-thinking, revenue-driven, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. o Executive presence and professional demeanor. o Advanced sales and negotiation skills. o Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. o Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a valid passport, have valid experience and be well groomed and spoken. Package includes Single Accommodation (or a AED 4 000 accommodation allowance), meals on duty, medical insurance, visa and flights cost.
