Requirements - Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within an upmarket or high-volume restaurant environment - Proven track record in managing guest relations and resolving conflicts professionally - Ability to ensure smooth service delivery, especially during peak hours - Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail - Experience overseeing reservations and managing floor operations - Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members - Adaptability and composure in dynamic or changing situations - Dedication to upholding the restaurant's standards and brand values - Proven ability to effectively manage and lead Front of House staff - Strong focus on motivating and providing ongoing training to team members - Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude - Essential computer literacy, including experience with the Micros system Package - Salary: R18 000 per month Start Date: Urgent
