Job Summary Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Restaurant Floor Manager 5* Boutique Safari Lodge - Greater Kruger Area A Polished, warm, intuitive, guest-centric, confident, and consistent individual needed to run this 5* Restaurant as part of a 5* Lodge. This person must Lead by example and take pride in exceptional service standards while overseeing and elevating the guest dining experience in a five-star luxury lodge. To Lead service from the floor with a strong presence, ensuring flawless flow, warm hosting, and consistent fine-dining standards. Requirements: At least 4 years of High-end luxury hospitality experience in a 4/5* Environment- Intimate Lodge experience highly beneficial Strong understanding of fine-dining service with advanced wine knowledge Excellent understanding of kitchen ops- very proficient at running the pass in busy times Experience with stock control systems- from implementing to PAR levels to monthly stock auditing. Confident, calm leader with excellent communication skills with both staff and guests Highly organised and detail-focused Comfortable living in a remote Big 5 area. Key Responsibilities Lead all services from the floor, managing guest flow, timing, and service sequence. Act as a polished host-welcoming guests, engaging professionally, and resolving feedback swiftly. Maintain and enforce fine-dining standards through continuous service checks. Brief, supervise, and coach the service team; provide real-time guidance. Maintain strong wine, beverage, and menu knowledge; support accurate pairings and recommendations. Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth pacing and communication. Uphold immaculate restaurant presentation and report maintenance issues promptly.
