 Hou toesig oor higiene, kosveiligheid en algemene netheid 
 Gehaltebeheer & Doeltreffendheid 
 Monitor kosaanbieding, porsiegroottes en bestelling-akkuraatheid 
 Verseker vinnige diens en gladde kombuisvloei 
 Voer roetine-inspeksies uit en stel verbeterings voor 
 Leierskap & Menseverhoudinge 
 Lei deur voorbeeld en wees positief 
 Hanteer konflik op n kalm en professionele wyse

 Minimum Vereistes: 
 Matrieksertifikaat 
 Geldige bestuurslisensie 
 Minimum van 2 jaar ondervinding in n bestuur- of toesighoudende rol in die voedselbedryf * Ervaring met GAAP stelsel

 Salary: R15 000 R20 000 per month (depending on experience)
 Working Hours: 07:00 17:00 (Monday to Sunday with off days during the week)

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: 
 Customer Service Excellence 
 Ensure every guest receives warm, friendly, and prompt service 
 Handle customer queries, complaints, and compliments professionally 
 Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages return visits 
 Stock & Purchasing Management 
 Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts 
 Place orders and manage supplier relationships 
 Control wastage and ensure accurate record-keeping 
 Staff & Operations Management 
 Lead, schedule, and manage a team of kitchen and floor staff 
 Provide training, guidance, and ongoing motivation to your team 
 Maintain discipline and ensure all staff adhere to policies and procedures 
 Daily Store Administration 
 Manage cash-ups, shift reports, and daily reconciliation 
 Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant during all shifts 
 Oversee hygiene standards, food safety, and overall restaurant cleanliness 
 Quality Control & Efficiency 
 Monitor food presentation, portion sizes, and order accuracy 
 Ensure fast, efficient service and kitchen flow 
 Conduct routine inspections and implement improvements 
 Leadership & People Skills 
 Be hands-on, lead by example, and maintain a positive team environment 
 Resolve conflicts calmly and constructively 
 Provide feedback and recognize team achievements * Bubbly outgoing customer related person 
Minimum Requirements: 
 Matric Certificate 
 Valid Drivers License 
 Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food industry * Experience with the GAAP system
