Responsible Pharmacist
Job Description
Wholesale and Distribution Pharmaceutical Client in Midrand in need of a Responsible Pharmacist/General manager, must have manufacturing experience
Position in the organisation:
The General Manager and Responsible Pharmacist for the company holds a critical leadership role in the organisation, reporting directly to the executive team. This role has significant influence over the direction and success of the company and is instrumental in ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and laws.
Minimum requirements:-
BPharm and/or B Commerce Degree-
MBA or MBL (Master of Business Administration or Master of Business Leadership)-
Minimum 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on Good Warehouse Practice (GWP)-
More than 5 years of senior management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or wholesale and distribution-
Registered with SAPC (South African Pharmacy Council)-
Previous experience as a Responsible Pharmacist-
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and professional accounting software
Specific requirements:-
Knowledge of the complete value chain of the pharmaceutical industry-
Interaction with all outside stakeholders-
Personal understanding of a customer-centric approach-
Ability to accept and take charge of projects with short deadlines-
Ensuring compliance with Good Warehousing and Distribution Practices (GWDP) and Good Pharmaceutical Practices (GPP)
