About the Role
Our client, a specialist in financial and property management services, is seeking a
Residential Administrator
to support their growing operations. This is a full-time role based in
Bellville, Cape Town
, servicing a UK property portfolio through their Business Process Outsourcing division.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Support property management functions linked to the UK portfolio.
Assist with debtor management and financial tracking.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
Matric (minimum).
Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (beneficial).
Prior experience in property or residential administration is an advantage.
Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's licence.
Flexibility to work
Tuesday to Saturday
(non-traditional workweek).
Package
Market-related remuneration.
