Residentia Trust is one of the leading Managing Agents in the Western Cape, with a reputation for delivering outstanding property services. Since 1968, Body Corporate, Home Owners and Property Associations have trusted us to manage their residential and commercial property investments.

We have launched a dedicated sales division in July 2022, consisting of 2 Property Practitioners and have since established that we have a need for additional Brokers to join our dynamic team and to assist our Clients with their Property Sales.

KEY DUTIES

• Arranging for photography and home staging.

• Generating Leads and canvassing properties to sell.

• Valuation able to apply sound principles when estimating the value of a property

• Visit sellers and must be able to talk knowledgably about their property and area

• Organize and attend show days

• Represent the seller in negotiations with potential buyers

• Liaise with all stakeholders including mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and other estate agents

• Able to knowledgably advise sellers and buyers.

• Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market as well as the general market

• Prepare Offer to purchase agreements and mandates

• Maintain and update listings of available properties

• Maintain and update database and systems
