Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Resident Engineer to join a Bulk Water Project in the North West.

As a Resident Engineer, you will be an integral part of the project team, working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage project delivery. You will be responsible for the supervision of construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in quality control and commissioning activities to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of bulk water projects from start to finish
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any project issues or conflicts
• Prepare reports and updates on project progress for clients and management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bulk water engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of relevant engineering principles and practices
• Experience in project management and construction supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of relevant engineering software and tools
