Job Summary Matric certificate
At least 5+ years in a lodge or hospitality setting
Knowledge of water plants and septic plants
Formal education and technical knowledge and understanding of operations and equipment
Hands-on problem solver with excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to challenges.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Extensive experience in a similar role of
Experience in plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting, refrigeration / air conditioning, mechanical, and electrical systems is beneficial.
Project management experience an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and maintain composure during busy service periods.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the camp's operational needs.
Valid Driver's Licence - Code 10
