Job Description
A well-established luxury travel group is seeking a RESERVATIONS LOGISTICS MANAGER
We are seeking a detail-driven, independent thinker to manage and coordinate transfer bookings across our luxury travel network. This is not your typical lodge reservations role, it's a dynamic office-based position requiring precision, multitasking, and strong communication with agents, guests, and internal teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- Background in hospitality or travel logistics preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with multitasking and managing multiple systems
- Tech-savvy and confident in email correspondence and basic office software
- Manage daily transfer reservations and scheduling
- Liaise with agents and guests via email and phone
- Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain accurate records and avoid costly booking errors
- Support general office admin and assist with reporting
