Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment are now seeking a strong, dedicated Reservations Consultants to work in the reservations department of a luxury group of lodges. The post is based at the Lodges Head Office in Cape Town. Responsibilities:
- Performing all reservation activities;
- Ensure a level of professionalism maintained at all times;
- Knowledgeable of the entire company reservation procedure;
- Review reservations booked daily;
- Resolving all guest issues and recommending appropriate measures where appropriate;
- Working closely with revenue management to maximise revenue;
- Compiling various reservations related reports.
- Grade 12 (essential);
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality (advantageous)
- 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role;
- MS Office Suite;
- Travel Experience;
- Experience in Luxury Reservations
