Reservationist
Job Description
Job Summary The role should focus on managing all lodge and travel bookings efficiently, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and professionally. A reservationist in this environment must prepare accurate quotes, manage booking systems, and keep availability updated at all times. They should maintain clear communication with guests, agents, and internal teams to ensure seamless pre-arrival planning. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and consistent service delivery are key to supporting the high-end, multi-property operations typical of this portfolio.
Candidate Requirements:
- Grade 12 is essential
- Must have a tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism /
- At least 5 years in a Reservations position is essential
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office, email, and
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail is imperative
- Own transport is essential
