Job Description
Job Summary This privately owned collection of luxury lodges and boutique hotels is known for its immersive settings and emotionally resonant guest experiences. Each property is thoughtfully placed in South Africa's most iconic natural landscapes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in central reservations (essential)
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality & Tourism preferred
- Proficiency in reservation software (BENSON experience a plus)
- Proven ability to handle guest inquiries and unexpected situations
- Customer service qualification advantageous
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Teamwork and leadership capabilities
- Strong upselling skills
- Handle reservations via phone, email, and in person
- Check availability and provide accurate information
- Enter bookings into BENSON system with precision
- Confirm reservations and respond to guest queries
- Communicate rates, packages, and special offers
- Manage modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure high standards
- Upsell other properties within the group
- Maintain strong relationships with operators and agents
- Stay up-to-date on all property information
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
R20,000 - R25,000/month + Incentives
