Assist in the research and development of surfactant-based formulations for emulsion explosives.
Conduct laboratory experiments, chemical analysis, and stability testing.
Support the optimization of existing formulations for improved performance and cost-effectiveness.
Evaluate raw materials and surfactant interactions.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
Document test results, prepare technical data, and support scale-up to production.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in a laboratory environment (industrial experience preferred but not required).
Physics and Mathematics as additional subjects are desirable.
Basic understanding of surfactants, emulsions, and formulation chemistry.
Familiarity with laboratory techniques such as titration, GPC, FTIR, rheology, and surface tension measurements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail in experimental design and data interpretation.
Good communication and technical writing skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
