Property Inspector
Southern Suburbs, Cape Town
R12 000 basic negotiable + inspection incentives

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08h30 to 17h30.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the property industry.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties before incoming tenants.
- Document property conditions, ensuring accurate and detailed reports.
- Post-Tenancy Inspections:
- Assess properties after outgoing tenants, identifying maintenance or repair requirements.
- Provide detailed feedback to management and tenants.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Compile comprehensive inspection reports, including photographs and detailed descriptions.
- Ensure all documentation is completed promptly and accurately.
- Tenant Support:
- Liaise with tenants regarding inspection findings.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring tenant satisfaction throughout the process.
- Basic salary of R12 000, negotiable based on experience.
- Incentives for each inspection completed.
