Client Managers

work-from-home contractor role

Your Role

As a Client Manager, you will:

Contact

warm outbound leads

(no cold calling) Speak with clients to understand their goals and circumstances Qualify clients and book appointments with senior Australian advisers Build rapport and deliver a professional client experience Accurately update notes and follow processes using our CRM Work towards daily and monthly performance targets
